Terms & Conditions

1. Items are available to public for sale until payment is acquired from buyer. First come first serve basis.

2. Once confirmation order has been fulfilled, no cancellation is allowed. Regrettably, you will be blacklisted.

3. Once item has been sent in accordance to given address, Lovely Clo is not responsible for any damage or loss during postage unless it has been wrongly addressed (differs from the given address).

4. Once item has been received, it cannot be returnable, exchanged or refunded.

5. All measurements are specifically provided by the supplier.

Shipping

1. PosLaju M'sia (signature required upon receiving package)
**RM6 - 1 to 3pcs, extra RM1 for each additional item (West M'sia)**
**RM8 - 1 to 3pcs, extra RM1 for each additional item (East Malaysia)**

2. PosExpress M'sia (signature NOT required)
**RM5 - West & East Malaysia**

*1 to 3 days required for delivery of goods (excluding non-working days). Location of parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using POS Malaysia Tracking System.

*Charges may vary according to the weight of the ordered items. Final price will be stated during confirmation order.

*Please specify if you have request for other shipping method, we shall try to arrange it if possible. Price for sending package will go in accordance to the shipping method that you recommend.
